We're thrilled to introduce our latest initiative: the Apollo Certified Shop Program!
Our main goal with this program is to provide you with local repair options, eliminating the hassle of shipping your scooter to us for repairs. Not only does this save you money, but it also reduces the risks associated with shipping, such as lost shipments or damaged scooters.
When you take your scooter to a Certified Shop, the amount that you can expect to pay will depend on whether the repair is covered by Apollo's Limited Warranty.
If your repair falls outside of Apollo's Limited Warranty coverage, here's what you can anticipate paying for:
Parts - at the regular MSRP listed on the Apollo Website. You can either order the parts in advance and bring them to your local Certified Shop, or take your scooter directly there and the shop can order the parts for you.
Labour - The Certified shop sets their own hourly rates. These rates are listed on the Service Locator.
Diagnostic Fee - The Certified shop sets their own diagnostic rate. These rates are listed on the Service Locator and will only be applicable if your scooter requires diagnosis.
If your repair falls within Apollo's Limited Warranty coverage, here's what you can anticipate paying for:
Parts - Parts for in-warranty repairs are covered. You can bring your scooter directly to the Certified Shop and they will be able to order the parts for you. Or, you can complete the Warranty Parts Request Form below and take your scooter into the Certified Shop once you have received the parts.
Labour - You'll only be responsible for additional labor charges if the Certified Shop's rate exceeds Apollo's standard labor rate ($100/hour). These cases are rare, and we encourage you to check your local Certified Shop's labour rates on the Service Locator below.
Sometimes, at certain Certified Shop locations, you might need to chip in for warranty repairs if the cost surpasses Apollo's coverage. Here's why:
Apollo's standard labor rate is $100/hour.
While some shops might charge more, many charge the same or even less.
Usually, your entire repair labor is covered. But on occasion, you might have to cover a small part of it from your own pocket.
You can either pay for shipping to our Hub locations to get full labor coverage or head to a nearby Certified Shop to skip shipping costs. At the shop, you might need to pay a bit extra to cover the difference in labor rates, but this is typically cheaper than shipping back to Apollo.
